One of my favorite topics to write about, and hopefully yours too! You can even write about dessert if you want (not not deserts, unless it's dessert in the desert); maybe a nice parfait, mmmm....
Did you know that parfait is French for perfect? It is.
Indulge your cravings, and spoon up a healthy serving of literary awesomeness for next week's topic: food.
Mondays are a good day for updated topics (on my end), so we'll try and keep going on a regular schedule. If you know people that are interested in writing, please feel free to invite them to join our merry band. And for those of you lurking (you know who you are), I'd love to read your stories. I know they're in there, rattling around ....

It's the Water is a micro-fiction group blog, created by Ahniwa and Abigail Ferrari with invitations to their friends, and in the hopes of having a fun and thriving short fiction (and non-fiction) community.
Micro-fiction is a genre in which stories fit within a very limited word count. For the purposes of this blog, that limit is 500 words. There is always some room for leeway, however. We aren't micro-nazis, after all.
Once we get going, a new theme will be provided weekly, around which stories may be written and posted. Theme suggestions are welcome, and may be sent to Ahniwa.
